Just rebuilt trans all pressures are good shifts @ 19-21MPH 1-2 shifts @ 40 MPH 2-3 can not get 2/3 to shift earlier to save my lafe had all ART Carr parts in it.going threw town at 35 mph it at 2600 rms need to go to 40 to shift into third but it down shift to 2nd when i hit 35 again. shifts firm and wide open it shifts fin at 6000 2/3 and then seems like a cvt trans stays at 5800
Did you use an Art Carr shift kit? I know the older kits had you change the spring on the 3rd gear spool valve. If that is the case put the stock spring back in.
