I have replaced the ECM, but had to take the prom chips out of the old ECM and place them in the new one. The problem is on board computer screen still buzzed and gets distorted. My question is, can the Prom chips be replaced buy the dealer even though the car is so dated? or can we just re-program the chip?? Here are the numbers (Big Chip) JT8(G)/P LFIVE253 AD15 (Small Chip) 16036495 28625 (this number has the 2 circled)
