    Fedex is estimating ~$20 for shipping and insurance to Houston.

    The bolts are partially shown in the little package next to the covers. :)

    I can supply grommets and breathers, e-mail me direct, and we will work out the details, thanks!

    Who do I PayPal some money too to be able to speak my mind freely in my post regarding saving bandwidth, which is beneficial for the site?

    This is a great forum.

    But at the end of the day I should be able to speak my mind respectfully, which I did and my post was still changed.
