Well I just had a really bad experience with these wiesels, I ordered a new pumping valve assembly for one of my alcohol injection systems. After recieveing the valves I realized that they were labeled as 35PSI, thinking that these were possibly some special application I still put them in. I checked the 100% PWM setting on the pump and it was putting out 43PSI. I found a way to fix it, here is a link to the thread which will only be good for a short time until they delete it ;-). https://www.alcohol-injection.com/forum/technical-questions/maybe-can-get-taken-car-here-3548.html After multiple attempts to contact them and get this resolved (Simple problem $20 part...) I was ignored through email and had the phone answered once saying the owner was busy and they would get back to me. This is a terrible customer service, and a bad way to run a business... I guess I will be going to coolingmist next time I need injection parts/components, or seeing if I can talk someone like Razor into just selling me a pump from his kit...
WOW, already deleted a couple of hours later . . .those guys don't F*** around . . . . . . . . . . . when it comes to neg feedback! Razor will sell just the pump . . . and with your electronics background it should be easy to apply . . . I would pull the D.O kit & sell it on evilbay for a few dollars, with your experience clearly stated in the ad . . .
Jerryl I am definately thinking about it! It is funny how that original post looking for help went unanswered for nearly a week, and as soon as you put something negative it gets deleted. So you know someone saw it... Razor has been a help to me already with some information on the pumps. I was doing some testing last night with the pump after I modified it to reach full pressure and the MS3 is doing a great job at controlling it with varying pump speeds, once I get this project on the road I will definately be getting a hold of razor for a pump that actually has customer support.... ,Dan
