I’m looking for the NHRA 2009 rule book section about helmets. Last time at the track the tech said my helmet needs to read DOT 2011 not DOT 2009. The new helmet I’m looking at reads the below. Will this pass tech? funny you found a link to info from my local track and i can tell you they do enforce helmet regulations , In NJ all racers regardless of speed must wear a helmet don't bother with it if its just a DOT rated helmet dot rating is not accepted by NHRA ,
