He pm'd me offering a refund IF I sent the junk back first I said I would gladly send the stuff back AFTER he refunded me, even offering to pay the freight. Somehow the moron thinks I should trust him & send back the only thing I have plus spend another $25 of my money then sit & wait for a refund At this point I really could care less, I will wait out the rest of the 30 days & see that charges are filed through our corresponding law enforcement offices. There is plenty of proof of fraud & theft by fraud in this thread alone.
You are correct. Computer crimes are becoming more and more previlant and most PD's have detectives directly assigned to a computer crimes division. Larceny by false pretense is a CRIME in every state. This is NOT a civil matter. There is no misunderstanding here. His PM to you PROVES it. With the documentation you have he will pay one way or the other. Either by manning up or thru court mandated restitution after an arrest warrant is served. Of couse the arrest warrant will result in Bail (More $$$$$), court fees (More $$$$$), attorney fees (A lot more $$$$$$), being finger printed and photgraphed and placed in a holding cell with animals till ur bondsman gets there. Oh, and don't forget your name being placed in the newspaper the following day..... Hope all that is worth it to you Wallyworld. I guess your gonna find out one way or the other.
why is this not resolved yet by either refund or this person bieng banned!!!! i know that selling or buying things on this board is our own responsibility but when things happen like the last 3 episodes of people bieng screwed i think the moderators must step in and resolve it. if no action is taken by screwer in a timely fashion then he must pay by bieng banned from the board or from bieng able to post in the classifieds.

Does this board not do IP bans? Just user name bans? A lot more time consuming to work around an IP ban
