Yes they will be made from Fiberglas. You can use the ones that replaces the bumper shocks. I will get some more pic up soon.

    Thanks,Chris

550 for just the front is a bit steep, especially since we're going to have to paint them afterwards...

    introductory sale? anyone?

We at Twisted 6 racing are still talking over the details. Understand this started out months ago as something for our own personal cars and was never intended for mass production. We just stumbled across this thread and saw others are wanting them also. There is a lot of time invested in making these a nice quality and when everyone wants something extra added, the time to make them goes up. Our intentions was to make them as just a bumper with bumper fillers and make them solid. Then we decided to add a chin spoiler so that is in the works now. Our molder is also working on another mold to add the parking lights for those who want them.

Guys let's do this. I'm not asking for anyone to send $$ but let's get a list going of who would be willing to send $550 up front for this product. We need to get a realistic idea of how many people really want this. List the options you want. Options are chin spoiler or parking light provisions. Once we know what we are really facing we can determine a time line and can offer delivery to certain events to save shipping costs.

    Thanks

Im very interested............... if the money is sent in or should I say how many people have to send in before the project will go forward? And what would the timeline be once money is sent in. Lets say I sent in the dough next week?

    Thanx

Sweet man this would be great to get a set front and back. Im really tired of the fillers cracking in time, and my drivers side filler is due. I'm interested in this as well. If there is a big group by can we get a great price?

Will this have a metal support of some sort for crash purposes or just another fiberglass bumper that will fall apart if you hit something Chris?

It has been said that these will mount up to the stock mounts. Any pictures of the backsides of these that show how this is accomplished??

Looks killer so far. You mentioned price for the front, any idea on the rear yet, and/ or the deck lid?

Count me out for the fronts. Just picked up a whole-buncha fiberglass parts :D But I'll still need a rear 1-piece bumper+filler.

This project is moving forward regardless. We have several local cars we are building them for now. We are working to have the chin spoiler added and it will be 1" lower than the 1 piece air dam currently offered.

If you were to send in the $$$ you would be put in line. That's really all I can say for sure. I'd love to say it would be 3 weeks before you'd have your part but I won't lie to you. We've all been there where we're told 3 weeks but 3 months later we still don't have what we paid for. We don't want that to happen here. Our guy is very busy with other projects as well. What I was looking for from people interested was a real honest yes or no. If we're looking at 4 pieces or 15 makes a difference in time line. Once we get with him and let him know how many we are looking at and he tells us he can handle it, we will begin taking money. People will be put in line as the money arrives.

So far we have our local cars and Tony Gomes in line.

We plan to keep everyone posted here and hopefully move quickly with this.

I've never seen any sort of fiberglass handle a crash. It's hard and easily cracked for the most part. If you were to put a metal beam behind it and the car rolled into a tree it's still going to crack. However any good body man can repair that sort of damage. This part is intended to be used just as any other fiberglass bumper but without the issues we all have fitting the fillers and bumper together. They rub each other, crack the paint...etc. This one piece will fix that issue.

Just got mine out of the body shop, with a new rear bumper and molded together fillers ( like I had before the texting B*tch hit me) Glad to see you are making progress, I contacted you last year about the progress based on a Yellow Bullet post.
I am in for the front, with parking lights and chin spoiler.
Race car would need both but no budget for that right now. (thanks BHO)

I like the idea of a modified deck lid !
Pics look great, thanks for the efforts.
