Well we finally got a race under way after the rain out in BG. Actually weather conditions were perfect and Norwalk track conditions were just as nice. Tony Gomes laid down a very impressive 7.97@175 in qualifying and was 100% TSO legal so it will stand as the new record for the class. We ended up with a two round race. Qualifying: 1. Tony Gomes 7.97 2. Dave Fiscus 8.26 3. Chris Lyons 8.93 4. Dave ? 10.55 There where two more racers one broke earlier and the other was working out a new combo. Round 1 Tony over Dave Tony lifted at the end of the track and I didn't get the times Dave Fiscus over me with an 8.48 to an 8.68 Round 2 Tony over Dave with an 8.35@153 to Dave's troubled 9 something pass.
