As soon as it doesnt get rained out on me! This season has been rediculous so far.. mother nature HATES drag racing. Did put some miles on last night looking for trouble though.... I'm sure it'll be at a drag strip soon... or at least something that resembles a drag strip. lol.

what the hi-tech knob when you open the glove box.....is that the slow, fast , ludicrous speed and surej speed knob? if so, i have the same knob in my ashtray and i spin it like a roulette wheel when i race....unfortunately it always lands on slow

Its the turbocontroller for the proefi. Basically when I fill up on fuel, the computer will sense the ethanol content and change what my boost options are accordingly. So if its 70% ethanol or greater, the max setting in my case would be 26psi, and I could turn it down if I want. On the other hand if I fill up on 93octane, it will automatically lower the max boost setting to 16psi... so even though it is there... I leave it on "MAX"

Got the communication cable and software today for the ProEFI (Thanks SP), and was messing with it when the wife and kids got home so we took the GN for a cruise and stopped at the local McDs drivethrough to pick up some grub. The wife didnt think it would be a good idea to test the new two-step and launch boost settings with everyone in the car... too bad.. I believe its fun for the whole family! (Did further "field" testing on my own after dropping the fam back at the house).
