I have a TT 93 octane street chip - 42 lb injector combo installed a few months ago. My mods are in my signature, but I plan to install exhaust and downpipe soon and possible upgrade the turbo and torque converter. At what point do I need to look into having a new chip burned for my setup? I'm already having to add 5-10% fuel at WOT to keep my o2's at a steady 800 during a 3rd gear pull. I've kept my fuel pressure set at 43 psi line off assuming my gauge is correct.

I should mention that my chip and injector combo was my first mod before anything else in my signature. The car was all stock except for a hypertech chip and that thing had to go.

The turbo would be the defining factor. You may not only need the chip reburned for more fuel...but bigger injectors may be required. Let Eric know how much larger a turbo you're gonna run.

With the stock turbo, the existing chip should be ok. Once you change the turbo, then we'll have to make some changes.
