I have sent you 2 PM's since the $ was sent for the HR Parts & Stuff upper control arms & rear sway bar. So now I am trying this:
Did you get them shipped? If so, when and can you provide a tracking number.
Its now Thursday and no word since I did the PayPal last Friday. $600 is a considerable sum and an update isn't too much too ask.

I sent Alpine455 $700 on July 17 for the same parts. HR upper/lower control arms and sway bar. It appears we have a problem.

Moderators please jump in here and keep this guy from scamming anyone else.

I sent him an Email this morning to the Gmail acct he used for PayPal with no reply.
Im not sure if I will ever see my parts or $600 at this point.
For anyone reading this: DO NOT PayPal as a friend if don't know them and I mean really know them. I have no recourse through PayPal and its my own fault for that.

thats why you don't buy parts from ppl who joined a week ago...... I've tried to warn ppl in the past but everyone jumps down my throat saying "How do u know he's a scammer?" my response is how do u know he's not? watever, ppl learn the hard way I guess

I don't get it. You see this all the time and people keep buying from week old members. I look at how long they've been a member, if they have any feedback, and also look at their postings to see if they've bought or sold before on here. Not doing your due diligence is just dumb. Sorry you guys got scammed.
 
What ever happen to the 1500 post just to get into the parts forsale section.
 
Folks, If this JackAss took your $, get on the phone with PayPal and/or your Bank. Im told by my bank the funds will be replaced. I opened a fraud case on this guy for 2 reasons: first to get my $ back and 2nd to hopefully get charges brought.
 
maybe thru the Police but not Paypal. if u sent as a gift ur not covered.

That's why I also said contact your bank. My bank said the funds will be restored. Had no luck with PayPal because of the gift as you said which is why I didn't stop there.
I will see what the police say on Monday if we can get them interested.
 
I called his township police they advised me to call my local pd and report it and they will probably have a detective contact his pd. Paypal said they are doing updating and can't look into it for a few hrs.
