I will check that out today, I was also looking at a schematic last night of the fuel wiring. How much of a chance is it that ground1200 is the issue. Looks like it's grounded with a black/white wire and on the ground another tan/white wire is there.
And yes all fuses are good except INST LPS, but my gauge cluster lights up just fine. Weird. Believe my problem might be the terminal for A1 fuel pump prime pin. Terminal was kinda loose, I pulled it out doesn't look damaged, it has a slight bit dirty.
Yea just plugged the hood light connection to the fuel pump test wire and as soon as they make contact pump turns on and the FP gauge starts reading fuel
Btw, injectors are brand new (42# green band) fuel filter is less than 6 months old (ac delco) fuel pump is same age as the filter (Deatsschwerck300lph) fuel regulator is same age as well (kirban adj reg) I'll have to have an assistant with me to feel the relays as I power on the car but the...
As the title states fuel pump wouldn't prime this morning. Previously I had found that my orange power wire was coming out of the Ecu connector, bought a new terminal and fixed that wiring. Did great for a while after that until this morning. Same issue. Previously though when the orange wire...
basically been dealing with a no start. Believe it's caused by corrosion on my Ecu connections. Fuel pump does not prime. Fuel pump relay does not click on when powering up the car. The Hotwire relay by the gas tank does. The other relays on the fender by the FP relay do click when powering on...
Yea I emailed him he believes it's a bad ground to the pump. I'm just glad he provides great customer service and responds to any questions you have in timely fashion. Well looks I'll be messing with the ground today and let you guys know what happens
Okay so I'm getting closer I believe. Disconnected the alky and the clicking noise went away. Connected it again and it's back. I can't tell if it's coming from the brain box or where it connects into the fuse box. Strange though cause the alky still functions just fine. Could that be the cause...
Is it possible my alky kit is installed wrong and it's causing funny issues? The alky kit is working how it should. Sprays fine. High boost no knock. Lights up red when it starts to spray then the led turns green as it should.
Well I got home unplugged orange battery wire and started the car and it fired right up. Only thing is now my car is for some reason not in open loop anymore (running a TT chip) and idle feels rough. Let it run for a bit. Turned it off then turned it back on and it was back in open loop.
Also what makes me lean towards the IGN module is I could not hear the pump prime this morning nor was I getting any FP at the rail while cranking. If the module it bad it won't supply power to the pump but may still allow the car to power accessories and crank.
