Most definitely. I will repaint back to original. And will have lots of questions. I’ve seen some discussion on the right paint codes being used. And also the pinstripes. I guess I need to look for original chrome bumpers too. I imagine I’ll wait awhile before painting so I can enjoy it some...
Awesome thanks guys. Crazy thing is there are some chips on the bumper and you can see they were chrome bumpers and they welded the molding holes in and but a filler panel where the front liscense plate was. It’s really a rough paint job up close. I’ll probably paint it once I’ve gotten the car...
I know this use to be an issue years ago from all the old threads. But I just got my stroker build together and these lifters are clattering. Not as bad when warm but still annoying. I have only put maybe 10 miles and hand full of heat cycles. And I checked preload to make sure there wasn’t...
My 86 T-Type has the rpo WH1 on the trunk sticker. Is there another place that verifies this as well? My car has been painted black but I can see the gray center on the fender edge. I was just curious.
Hey sweet car. I live in Amarillo. Been building my car and have really enjoyed the input you have gotten on this post helping me decide on my wheel tire combo
These head are off a 86 t-type. I bought the car with a blown motor. The motor had been rebuilt recently but owner went back with non forged pistons and melted on down. Looks like a amateur port job done on intake runners. I rebuilt with aluminum champions so just try to make a little money.
Is there a difference in the TTA heads and the t-type. I have a set that came off my 86 t. They look to have been intake port matched by a novice but not bad. I put champion on so don’t need them.
