MAF Translator, where does it connect?

If the Casper's engine harness was a stock replacement intended to use the stock ECU, it has to have a MAF plug on it somewhere. If someone was running speed density or an aftermarket ECU and had a custom harness made, maybe it doesn't have the plug. If it's a stock replacement harness, it has...

MAF Translator, where does it connect?

Does your car currently have an OEM MAF Sensor? If so it will plug into that same weather pack that is plugged into your OEM MAF sensor.

    Re-tuning back to STOCK-BLM 154

Pre turbo/o2 sensor exhaust leak is where I would look next. Cylinder head to header, cracked headers (common between #3 and #5 cylinder), and the cross over pipe are common areas to leak. A smoke machine/device is your friend here.

Pictures - up pipe and valve spring cups

Correct, They sandwich between the spring pocket in the cylinder head and the spring itself. I would suggest getting a valve spring micrometer, this way you can at least check the height. You wouldn't have any way to check pressure, but at least you know the height and ensure they are all...

new maf and translator, rich at idle or is it?

A BLM at 125 is not bad, the ECU is pulling alittle fuel to hit it's target. If all your other settings like Fuel Pressure are good I would say drive it. How do the BLM's look beyond the idle cell? Are you looking at BLM's on a scanmaster or Powerlogger? I like to see all the cells in...

Need some advice on Turbo/Converter for a 100% Street driven car

You can push that stock turbo above 20 psi, it will make a ton of torque and with a manual boost controller and an adjustable wastegate it will be very responsive. The stock turbo will make more than enough steam to take out a stock transmission. If a tranny rebuild isn't in the budget nor...

Need some advice on Turbo/Converter for a 100% Street driven car

If your transmission is bone stock your going to be limited on how much power you can make with it before it gives up. If you have the stock valve springs in there, those need upgraded too. 20+ psi on a stock motor, stock turbo and stock converter is a whole different animal to drive than a...

Need some advice on Turbo/Converter for a 100% Street driven car

I assume your on the stock turbo now? If so how hard have you pushed it? If your ar stock boost on the stock turbo I would just install the new parts you have and with the Alky max out that stock turbo and see how you like it. It might surprise you.

    High Torque mini starters

In addition to whats been mentioned, if your still on the original battery cables make sure to inspect them for corrosion and how clean the connections are. Don't forget to check battery cable grounds as well. Your starter uses the engine block for its ground. Corrosion between the starter...
