I chased a high idle for a few days, replaced the IAC and its like a brand new car again

Update, I replaced the IAC, set it with the A+B jumper process and the car runs perfectly now. The scanmaster shows IAC between 17-40 as I drive. My guess is the new one I put in over the winter was defective......anyway thanks for all the suggestions.

I am hoping someone can tell me the size of wrench I will need to remove the brass adapter that threads into the block for the turbo drain tube. I know the swivel nut on the drain tube is 1-1/16" but I want to know the adapter size on the block.....thanks

Also take a look at your cam sensor, take off the plastic cap and see if the metal cup is moving around on you, there is a little tab that keeps it in place, the tabs break and the cup turns
