The 5th post is - i test fitted it and it fit perfect.i just dont have all the fittings or fuel lines to run it yet. i will have it installed hopefully by the end of the week. by the way its all hand welded aluminum.:confused:

make sure you have anti sieze on you caliper pins. sounds like your left caliper is not working properly check to make sure the piston in that caliper moves free. I would anti sieze that also just a little though. Are the caliper you have used?

Im going pretty much the same route but im using gn1's and a stock intake. I have the JE pistions with teflon skirts and I think it powder coat on the dish, aghh I dont know what its called but its grey on top.
make sure your feul filter is good
I ran 21 pounds with 42 injectors had no problems until my fuel filter decided to hinder my fuel. Lost 2 sets of head gaskets in one month then I found the problem.

I was told by a very big gn guy who knows his #@#@ that sunroof and power seats where rare for the 86 gn because they where blowing fuses the issue was resolved so theres way more 87s. Thats what I remember could be wrong though so dont quote me.
