Able to delete your old posts

How do you modify a post after it's been posted? I just can't figure it out, its starting to give me a headache. Other forums are so much easier with a modify button. Thank you

    1987 Buick Grand National

Nice GN with a ton a goodies, save a lot of money compared to buying a stock one with nothing and having to spend thousands to mod after you buy it. This car has no power options what so ever, so its saves on weight and is very rare. I've be out of the GN loop for awhile, I've had this car since...

    Bad Idle slight hesitation

Did you clean your idle air sensor and throttle body? I also noticed with my GN is that in the summer months I need a little less fuel pressure than the winter months. If i don't back off a couple pounds of pressure in the summer mines runs just like your saying.

With turbo charged GN's there's a lot of blow by getting past the rings under boost which causes your oil to get contaminated with gas, this causes the oil to thin out over time. I like to run thicker oil for this reason.:)

I think I found my oil for life in the GN.

I use to run Amsoil in my race quads (trx 450r) and blew a lot of motors. Now I discovered Rotella, it seems like the oil stays cleaner a lot longer than Amsoil. Haven't tried it yet in my grand national but soon it will. Anybody have any comments with running it in a GN. I figure if its durable...
