Anyone in Austin Texas that can help inspect a GN for me?

I am looking to purchase an 87 Buick GN with approximately 28k miles. It has a TE61 turbo, exhaust ported O ring heads and 24 L6N injectors. Would like a GN mechanic to inspect the engine for me. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated. I am in California and I would like to get a professional opinion before I fly out there and seal the deal. One question...given the above upgrades...will that be an issue passing smog? Thank you all in advance.

Who assembled the engine?
I would message e-ticket(John n) as I believe he might be close enough to give it a once over(he is in san Antonio I believe). Maybe the seller could meet him.
Has the trans been over hauled? Other mods? Fuel system, intercooler, ecm?

Than your for referral. I'll don't know who built assembled engine. Seller said vehicle was looked at by great hills auto in austin. Are they reputable?

Our classic Tx cars are exempt from emissions so I seriously doubt it will pass emissions there.
