Enough turbo for my build?

I'm getting ready to install a different motor into my car. The combo will consist of
40 over stock short block with arp studded mains and rod bolts.
Ported irons, bowls worked. gasket matched, valve job.
206/206 Comp flat tappet cam. 980 valve springs
Tranny refreshed,
Billet 9/11 Converter Stalls 0@2800
PT53 Turbo, has the( te44/ta49 compressor wheel/69 exhaust side) in garrett .63 housing
This will be on e85, 80lb injectors, and a double pumper. tuning with sd2 chip.
255/60/15 Mickey Thompsons.
My goal is to run consistent 10.80s-10.90s

I'm wondering if the converter has enough stall to spool the 69 exhaust side, and if the turbo can reach my e.t goals. Or do I need to rethink the converter/turbo combo to get there.
Thanks

I dont know about the turbo but you might consider taller tires depending what rpm your valvetrain can handle

if the car is lightened it will be a lot easier,i got a heavy car to run into the 10s with a 49 but it really needed the whip to get there.knowing what I know now it would have been a lot easier with a bigger turbo to run 10s,so personally I would run a larger comp wheel especially if your already going to deal with trying to spool a larger ex wheel.

You will run out of injector at 18 psi or so. So unless you have some low 1.4x 60ft times... That will be an issue. That converter will spool fine especially on E85.
I would use a 6262 turbo for those goals. I bet yours can get you there...but with how much boost....?
Also, will you be tuning this car yourself? I sure see a lot of cars that only need the Turbo Tweak 6.1 WB tracking chip with this SD2 setup. I run a consistent car in THS on a simple TT 5.7 chip.

I'm just trying to get as close as I can. I have a 6.1 chip and razors alky on the car currently. Actually have a 93/alky tt chip for 80lb injectors already. But wanted to try the sd2.

Ur 60' is gonna be everything....your gonna need 28#+ boost and lock that 9/11 converter as soon as you hit 3rd gear. GL

Its doable with the turbo screaming on sticky mickeys, like the others said 60' is the key.

Spool up wont be an issue, that isnt a huge turbine. It will go in the 10s with boost in the mid 20s. You will be using that compressor hard though. 80s will go low 10s on e85 no problem. I ran 9s with 83s.

Your build is the reason I wanted to try e85. Plus they put a pump in about 5min from me. I hoped upping the fuel pressure as you did would give me the fueling room to break into the 10s. I may see if the turbo can be upgraded to a larger compressor wheel before it all goes together.
