Just want to give Alradco a thumbs up. I bought a new radiator from them and I had it powder coated. There was delay in shipping and Alradco notified me immediately that there would be a delay. Sometimes things come up and they are delays and a sign of good customer service is to let the customer know.
This is part of the reason I give them a thumbs up.
The other and bigger part of the reason I give them a thumps up is there was a minor non-functional issue with the radiator and even though they couldn't rectify the issue, they did offer to refund for a portion of the service they performed.
