Boost surge in First gear and no over rev.

Ok let me start by telling what is in the car:
new built 109 block with steal cap
Eagle Crank and Eagle Rods
218/218 flat tappet camshaft
weisco pistons
GN1 race heads fully ported and polished
Ported and Polished intake
T&A Roller Rockers
Aftermarket Headers big tube
3 inch down pipe
70mm throttle bodiy
9.5 inch PTC lock up converter
TT 5.7 alky chip
alky system
BGC large front mount inter cooler.
TT 5.7 alky chiip
340 pump

Sorry i piggy back this question on another post but I need to get some ideas from you guys to find a starting point. All of you answers will help.

I bought the car a month ago. Car ran very fast but would pop right before the shift from 1st and 2nd gear. But it still shifted and ran very strong. It had a stock converter in it then. Last week I put in a PTC 9.5 3200 lockup and the car is very fast in 1st at half throttle. But if I go wfo it surges and will not rev past 4k and not over 15lbs of boost. The car is set for 21lbs with alky.

I know the alky starts spraying at 8psi and this may be causing some of the problems to be worst. But the car seems like it is not getting fuel in first gear. Look at the video and you can see it go up to 4k and 15lbs of boost. It will stay in first because
it will not rev high enough to shift. But after you let off and let it shift and get back in it the car will pen you to the seat and flat out fly. No problems in 2nd and 3rd and rock sloid 21lbs boost and 0 knock with the alky running.

It have a stock MAF but I dont know if that can cause this problem. Any ideas? It

I dont have any yet, but I do know the scan master shows "0" knock on that run in the video. Also the car did not pull , kinda felt like something was cutting fuel to it. I dont know if it is the MAF or something else.

What about the other scan master readings ,o2s. Go ls on the maff and a hot wire kit for fuel pump. Check the volts,13 to14. That car should fly.

I did not look at the o2 because the car did not knock. I did check the scan master and it had 0 knock. As for the Maf the guy I got the car from said he removed the lt1 maf and thru the translater away as he felt it ran better with the stock type maf sensor. I dont under stand why but he said he had no problems in first gear at all. And it does have a hot wire kit for the fuel pump. I dont think it is running out of fuel I think something is telling it to hold back. The car would only rev to 4k full throttle like in the video. But if I press the pedal down slowly it will run fine and spin the crap out of the tires. If I go full throttle at once it seems to flutter and surge like in the video. I cant understand it but I was wondering if a Bad MAF sensor could cause this? It also tried to cut off once at idle and I had to put my foot on the pedal to give it a little gas to stay running. But it only did that once. while I was driving it.

It was 96 degrees outside so I did not do any more test at that time. I will get it out and look it over when it cools off a little.

ordered some MSD coils as I think it is the coils that are bad. I tested them with a meter and the were 5.90 to 5.95 on all three. I don't know what they are supposed to be but I know the one piece was 11k to 13k. These however these are not even close to that. I like the type 2 setup but I need to get the breaking up out of the car and then I can let her eat.
