Which Turbo for solid mid 10's

3 bolt .85 compared to 4 bolt?

I recently installed a 6766 ball bearing with the E cover and .85 exhaust housing, it will spool from 4100 RPM to 30 # in less than a half a second. Looking at the datalog from Wednesday at BG it picked up from 70-108 in 3.5 seconds. Unfortunately I had boost controller issues the rest of the event.

Leaving on the foot brake at 3700 RPM and 7 #, in .2 seconds the car is making 12.3 # at 4100 RPM. The car accelerates much better leaving around 4200 if the track can hold it.

I have a 64 that does that here,im always looking for improvements on certain cars haven't touched this one in a while cause it runs too good.still think this car could get 100whp increase from a 67?was looking at a 6870 but not sold yet.
If you have enough engine there's definitely power there. Going to an S400 on that car this upcoming year. Owner wants a 150mph car.

Good numbers. I looked at a log from a recent pull and mine was 70-106 in 3.5 seconds. 22# boost and 22deg timing. I do feel that my 6466 is the best turbo for a mid 10 sec car. Maybe the 6766 would give a small advantage, but the next worthwhile jump would be the 6870. I'd only get a 6870 with a 4 bolt flange. Easy 9's with that beast.
