Run Data, Turbo ?

I'll preface this with the fact that I don't have much seat time doing this and I may be way off base but......

Installed a Powerlogger logger recently and took the car to the track last night. I was real slow (8.55 in the 1/8) and had terrible 60' times (2+). I have only made two runs in the car before last night but did better that time (7.9 in the 1/8) Last night, it felt like the car was really slow off the line and then "kicked in" a little ways down the track. What I think I see on the PL file is that it took 2.7 sec for the turbo to spool up from 1.7 psi at launch to about 20 psi. That seems like a really long time and I don't remember it feeling that way the first time at the track. I don't know for sure about the combo in the car but per PO it has a TE53 turbo, 3200 stall converter and 60# injectors. PL file is attached, I hope.
Am I seeing that spool time correctly? Any other observations would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Charles

I know boost went higher than 20, I just used that as a reference point for discussion.

Cracked manifold/header, or other exhaust leak? Or waste gate puck not covering the hole completely or seized open, if still internal gate. What kind of down pipe?

Still has the internal WG. The dp is an older one from Gbodyparts I believe. Thanks for the input, I'll look into those possibilities.

Try to list all your known mod's in your sig so as to reduce the amount of assumptions on our part and it will lead to better educated guesses for you. Also check for too much play on the w/g rod adjustment. Should be none.

Updated Sig, think I got everything!
Will check WG.
Thanks for the input gents.

Maybe a dumb question but wouldn't I hear a cracked header or manifold?

Charles...slide under the car and verify the torque convertor.
I can try but always heard it was very hard to tell by just looking. Any pointers as to how to do that?
Also, I'm not looking at it now but thought the PL file appeared as though stall was around 2800 (0 MPH, 1 psi boost, 2800 or so RPM) or something to that effect.

They're will be numbers/letters somewhere on the outside of the convertor. Spin it around...you'll see 'em. What size exhaust housing is on the turbo?

Take off a vacuum line and feed the engine some ATF through it. Then look for smoke at header joints etc. If you see smoke you got a leak.

Do it cold. As it heats up the cracks or gaps at mating surfaces will tighten up and make it harder to see

OK guys, thanks for all the input. Looks like the puck wasn't sealing completely to the WG. I had lengthened the arm one turn a few days ago in prep for tuning it up at the track. Apparently that one turn lengthened the arm just enough to keep the puck from sealing. That may not be my only problem but it seems to have made a big difference. I just shortened the rod by one turn. Just came back from the "track". Please take a look at the attached. Less than 1 sec to boost to 20. How accurate is this data? If I'm reading right 0-60 is about 4.17 sec. Is that accurate?
Thanks for all the ideas!!!
