i think i may have a wastegate solenoid problem. i think it might be stuck closed because im only building 12 pounds of boost and i used to be running at 17. how do i diagnose this problem, what are some test i can do?

i am looking to upgrade to a better intercooler and i have been looking at the v4s stock location 13 row intercooler, anyone using one. it says it can go into the low 11's which is pretty much my goal and it fits into my budget.

i am just curious, im not even close to the 11's yet but i need to know if the 307 will supply enough fuel to get the job done.
