    IAC wiring

I'm just throwing this up here for reference. I threw together a fuel injection coversion using spare parts I'd built up over the years. The throttle body is a 4 barrel one that was originally used on a Holley Projection set up. Removed the throttlebody injectors and plugged the open holes...

Checking actual timing with Buick DIS

Can somebody give me some info on how to go about checking actual timing to the balancer on a Buick DIS with a FAST B2B. I tried bringing the revs over 2000 with 2 different lights and the timing I was reading was way too far advanced to be actual. The balancer mark was checked to the timing...

    T-type Video

Since everybody loves video, I thought I'd share. This was taken of my car at Lebanon Valley Dragway in New York back at the end of April. My buddy Magoo messed up the credits a little bit. This pass was a 9.95 @ 140.5. click

On the FAST ECU pinout chart, pin M2 is listed as "ANA RTN, and pin M3 is listed as "DIG RTN". What are the purposes of these two pins ? I'm guessing that they are analog and digital signal return pins but for what signal ? Thanks for any help. Paul

    Firmware upgrade ?

Got my new car out for the first time this weekend. The serial number of my box is #957. There were a couple of weird things happening. The coolant temp correction graph was at one point staying at + 30% when the graph was calling for no correction. The next day there were spikes in...

    Initial Connection to FAST box

I just bought a 2nd FAST system. I've got one on a running Buick, and I bought a second for a NA Chevy small block. I've been using the DOS C-com on the Buick. I installed the Windows version that came with the new system on my my laptop. The question is, will I screw anything up taking...

Cam Sensor gear / Cam gear wear

I pulled the cam sensor out of my on center motor last night. The cam gear and the cam sensor gear are both worn to pretty close to knife edges. I've heard about this type of wear before. The motor has a production front cover with the balancer shimmed out to line up the pulleys. I know...
