Yep. Thats all it needs, paint and fillers. The rest would depend on what your plans are for it. If you're going to the track with it a new chip, dump pipe, etc would be nice. As far as making a nice daily driver, just paint and fillers.

Well I can't even get a decent picture showing the dent in the fender, so I will describe it. It is about the size of a golf ball and is right on the pin-stripe tape on the drivers side fender. It is located towards the front middle of the fender if that makes sense.

Sorry yes it is original paint. I will have to get a pic of the fender ding tomorrow (it is approx golf ball size maybe slightly larger and is right in the body line on the fender). I do not have the original wheels either. It is grey interior. Dash has a cover on it, but is in great shape...

Car is in Oklahoma City. The bumper is not dented, it's a reflection in the picture.

You can see just a slight amount of surface rust on the bottom of the doors. Underneath and in the wheel wells there is virtually none.
