Engine was running when it was pulled out of the car (121k on it) but it has a rod knock. It is complete from balancer to flexplate and intake/turbo to oilpan. This means everything is there....exhaust manifolds, crossover, downpipe, alternator, starter, coilpack, even the plug wires....;)...
