It's a turbonetics 'F1' turbine wheel/shaft it will get eaten alive in terms of flow by a Gt35 wheel/shaft

remember to re-locktite the 4 set screws, and not pinch the diaphragm when you put the top back on

you'd have dual springs in that wastegate, if you have a big blue, it's a 14.5psi spring, so run that one only and you will be set

?? two loose springs? and a pack of washers?? we do not ship our gates with loose springs or washers... if the serial number is XX08 and it has a rather shiny valve, you are race gas safe...we now only offer leaded safe valves, no more pump or leaded options for the 38

made in china, crap materials, some of the compressor hosings are actually glued on, they are not balanced, they will fail

really depends on how you want to control the car on the launch etc...a 44mm should be fine for 15psi+ on the 3.8 granted you have proper wastegate placement etc etc if you wanted to control say 5 or 6psi or lower...then i would say a 60mm

until the valve sticks, you over boost and blow up your engine...wholesale price on those china knockoffs are $38....our bill of material for our wastegates is more than $38

that location is fine, what do you pull vacuum wise at idle when the car is in drive? Q should be out in a few weeks (silver only) then a couple weeks later we should have the colors available
