Help me with car reluctant to shift from 2 - 3

The plunger may be returning to it's resting position, but the valve on the other end of the tv spring could be hanging up. Plus when you change tv spring length and/or rate it will affect the action on the throttle valve. Do you have a pressure gauge? Check this thread for info about proper...

    Heater control valve replacement part.

Jim, when my brass valve got stuck, it was due to the ball valve being jammed up from sediment. I soaked the valve in CLR and worked the valve open and closed until it moved freely. See if you can work the valve (while it is still connected) by hand.

What role does the accumulator valve play? What are the different effects of the br vs other accumulator valve? Why use the stock line bias spring in the accumulator valve?

    heater valve ?

Look at the 3rd gen camaro heater valve. It has 4 ports and is vacuum actuated. The two ports off the water pump have to loop, the 4 port valve allows this when closed (and opened as well).

    Kirban upgraded H4 headlights (4) kit w/harness

Jim, I'm still on the same bulbs that came with the Hella housings, but honestly it is the light pattern that makes most of the improvement. See if you can find an image of the H4 glass, you can see how the glass has a very different pattern. It's hard to describe other than it is a more...

    Kirban upgraded H4 headlights (4) kit w/harness

Hey Jim, Only thing I can offer...I have Casper's upgraded headlight harness and Hella H4 60/55w (from Jegs) outboard lights and it is a major improvement over the factory stuff. I'm used to the HID lighting on my daily drivers and while this isn't quite the same, the light spread and cutoffs...

Under boost is vacuum the same along the entire intake tube length? For example, if I were to place the port closest to the turbo inlet would the vac signal be higher than the other end closest to the maf? Thanks

    removing tranny at home

I disconnect the TV at the throttle linkage, then use a 10mm wrench to undo the cable housing at the trans. Wiggle the housing out of the trans case, it you will see the eyelet end of the tv cable with a hooked wire through it. Just slide the eyelet off of the wire. Pick up some vacuum plugs...
