Has anyone heard of KBS Coatings? It seems to be similar to POR 15, but easier to apply. I'd like to hear people's experiences with either one.

The soft pedal is from your leak, it's got to be a sealed system to work. Maybe your master cyl cap is warped, or the seal isn't seated properly.

I'm running Delco R43TS plugs at .035" gap. I don't have an extra coil pack or module for testing either.

Not sure what you plan on doing with the car (high boost, etc) but I had the cometic neoprene rear main in mine and it started to leak. I followed the big block chevy rear main thread and it seems to be a much better seal. It takes some time to modify the seal though.

I was running a stock turbo at 21-24lbs with only very little knock. I just put on a TA-51 with a powerplate and at 20#s the engine seems to be randomly cutting out (like a missfire) above 15#s of boost, the knock is still 0-4 max. Otherwise the car runs fine. It's a new TT chip (no alky)...

Hi, I bought an air cleaner assembly (fast shipping, thank you by the way!), do you still have the aluminum colored a/c heat shield?

Is it a 4l60 or 4l60E? The E would require very similar electronics as the 4L80. I believe the 4l80 is based off the 400, so it might need a different trans mount and driveshaft changes.
