    How rare is this?

Your block appears to be a bit earlier as it has stepped main registers for the #2 and #3 main caps as well as a production style #4 main cap. Neal

    How rare is this?

Here are a couple of pics of one I had a couple of years ago.

    How rare is this?

Unusual but not rare to be honest. I've had several of them, other than the casting # it's a very early On Center block as you said. What's nice about these is the wet sump oil pickup provision. As far as it's value, I'm not honestly sure $4k as a guess. Neal

Whats this stage 2 pro-street, 1400hp car worth?

It's sad to say but the market for a V6 powered race car which is for all intents and purposes an unfinished project is very small. They'll have a hard time selling it even at pennies on the dollar. It would probably make most sense to sell the car and engine separately. Neal

Spoolfool's annual open house, TB swap meet and taco party time. Saturday 10-7-23

Mike, I appreciate the kind words. I planned to come but had flash backs of when I drove my GTO to an earlier GTG and had to park in the adjacent lot. I still have a soft spot for Turbo Buicks and and the misfits who own them. I'm sure my next Regal is just around the corner. I'm...

Mike, Thanks for putting this on. 👍 The So Cal Turbo Buick community is in debt to you, Eric and Ralph for all you do for the group! Truly the definition of "Going fast with class!" Neal

Wheel size for my drag radials.

I run the 275 drag radial on the back of my car. The wheels I have are a 4" backspacing and will rub a bit over larger bumps with passengers in the car. I'd say a 8" wheel with 1/2" more backspacing would fit perfectly. My wheels are cast 8.5" vectors so I didn't really have an option. Neal

    Bandimere shutting down in October

Here in So Cal the climate is temperate so the alcohol content of the E-85 at the station is pretty consistent. I know in other parts of the country where it get cold in the winter the alcohol content varies quite a bit. Typically the percentage of alcohol will decrease in winter time to aid...

Funny thing about this, some of my co-workers had gone to the Long Beach Grand Prix and spotted a group of GN's cruising together. They made sure to let me know this morning when I got in. You guys are notorious! Neal
