I have a replacement stock turbo to put back on. I have the turbo about set but the shield bracket doesn't want to quite match up perfectly with the holes. If I get the bolts to the block in then the holes to the turbo don't want to fit and vise versa. Any tips to getting everything to match up?

In need of a valve spring tool and don't really want to pay $40 or more for one. Let me know if anyone has any they'd part with for a deal or loan out but I don't know if anyone is here in the Shenandoah Valley of VA.
