    2016 TSO Rules discussion

Tony, whether it does or not, is not in question, I was just questioning the rules. It really doesn't matter to me personally but to answer your question " if I think it makes a difference " yes, I do think that different placements of a turbo could give a small advantage on some combos ...

    3. " Allow turbo mounted in any position " voted "no" Just out of curiosity, As I recall, there are some racers in TSO presently who already have their turbos mounted in " ANY " position. How does that fit within the rules for 2016 ? Just wondering ??

    2014 TSO Rules Discussion

I feel that the turbo mounting rule should be clarified. The rule as it stands presently states that " NO PART OF THE TURBO " can be mounted forward of the factory core support. The wording should be changed to " No part of the turbo can be LOCATED or RE-LOCATED " forward of the factory core...

What you say about Kenny Duttweiller's dyno results- single or twin turbo on a v6 BUICK. Ok, bottom line, Why would you go to a liquid intercooler if there are no advantages for you ? Keepin on sayin' ..... love your sense of humor ;)

    2013 TSO Rules Discussion

So far, no one has given any ENGINE DYNO evidence of "no advantage" ......... just track et's and/or mph or opinions. I wonder why Buddy Ingersol and/or Kenny Duttweiller run liquid intercoolers on their BUICK V6 drag cars. They do it because they have proven on an ENGINE DYNO, without a doubt...

Brad T said: ↑ My thinking is there could be an advantage when it is very hot out. The problem has been the track we run on in August will not hold the power. So the end result has been no advantage for the liquid cooler. Exactly.... on a buick at a buick event it has NOT shown an advantage in...
