5 wires; what are they for?
I was installing a new alternator and noticed a bundle of wires wrapped in electrical tape. After removing all of the goop, I found five wires nesting inside that go to something :confused:... Any help would be greatly appreciated.- LEW_86

Ignition control module
Just installed a new coil and ignition control module and noticed that the one I took out had a crack in the silicone area. I bought a new one due to a misfire and code 42. Would that crack cause the module to go bad?- LEW_86
