    TPS Connector?

So I can just replace the part that connects to the TPS. The entire assembly has 3 connectors and a long green wire that goes through the firewall on the drivers side. Want to avoid replacing the whole thing if possible.

    TPS Connector?

is the object in my attached photo the TPS connector? I ordered an AC Delco replacement one on rock auto and realized afterward the wire colors are different. I had a code 22 on my Scanmaster coupled with an erratic idle. I replaced the TPS itself set it to.42 and the car ran much better with...

    New TPS fluctuating

i installed a new AC Delco TPS last week after my old one went bad. The car is running quite a bit better since it has been replaced. I set it at .40 at idle and 4.6 at WOT wither the engine off. With the engine on the TPS reads .42 at idle but momentarily jumps to .44 and back to .42. I don't...

    Troubleshooting Help

Maybe I just missed the leak. it's gotta be vacuum b/c when I parked it at yesterday it was idling between 900-1000 rpms. I usually see 750-800. That coupled with high blm's (that return to the normal range while at highway speed)seems like a classic vacuum problem from what I've read on these...

    Troubleshooting Help

Gonna hit up autozone or napa this weekend for a vacuum tester. The car still burbles a bit and stumbles when I let off the gas so I suspect vacuum as well. All of my other Scanmaster readings are perfectly fine just higher blm since I got here.

    Troubleshooting Help

Ended up being a bad TPS causing a large portion of my problems. Replaced it and the car runs/smells better. Now I have to figure out while my blm is sitting at 150 at idle. While going down the road it's fine at about 128 but as soon as I stop it goes right to 150. Just moved to Florida (sea...

    Troubleshooting Help

Hey dudes, Thanks for the suggestions. I'm in the middle of moving so I haven't had time to dig deeper. When I get settled in the new place I'll dive in again. I suspect it's something with the fuel, but I don't have a pressure tester. Thinking the injectors or even the pressure regulator might...

    Troubleshooting Help

i honestly don't know what type of chip is installed. Can't find anything in the records he gave me with the car. I found a turbo tweak street 93 in a box of spare parts that came with the car. If I'm not mistaken that is for stock injectors and turbo. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't...
