Can anyone recommend a GN friendly car alarm?

Newbie buying Grand National needs help
Hi Everyone, A coworker of mine is selling a Grand National with like 35,000 miles on it for $15K. He told me he recently replaced the cooling system, springs, tires, and exhaust. I have seen the car in person and it is very clean. Is this a fair price for this car?? I dont know much...- TGunz 40
