My 9/11 TC would not lock up under regular cruise condidtions. I tried changing the parm to 45, 50 , 55. Never locked. I jumped the ADL connection and it locked fine. I took out my Extender + and tried my turbo tweak for the first time and bingo, locks just fine now. I am glad the extender + has a lifetime warranty.
