Auxiliary gauge install

im looking to install oil pressure and water temp gauges. Where do I mount the sending units? Do I just replace the dummy light sensors or is there a better spot? And if I do remove the oem temp sensor will the computer still have fan control?

The oil goes on the passenger bottom front where it comes out of the block to the top of turbo you should tee it off and leave the stock one there too. The water also passenger side on the intake to the left of the thermostat housing .
