Car wont stay running

Took the car for a drive mostly freeway for about (20) mins, exited the highway and the car started to run very rough and like it was down a few cyclinders. Any suggestions on where to start looking (no scan master) will borrow one and see what code it throws but it wont run long enough now for the "Service Engine Light" to come on.
What Ive tried so far is a known good coil and IGN module. Trying a new MAF today.

Sounds like Maf issues, but check the fuel pump also.

Do yourself a favor and ditch the stock Maf, you can try 10 of them and they all could be crap, use an lt1 or an ls1 and a translator / 5% fail rate.
