digital dash dies when lights are turned on

I just got my digital dash from Caspers for a rebuild. Now when I turn on the lights, the dash goes blank. Any thoughts ???

Turn the dimmer dial up.

"INST LPS" fuse blown? It's the 5 amp fuse near the top of fuse box under the 5 amp CRUISE fuse.

I feel like a dumbass It was the dimmer switch. You forget things as the car sits all winter. Thanks for the replies
