What is the plastic "lever" that's under the door latch? Mine is broken and needs replacement.

Seat belt retractor. Can find them in the junk yards. Don't know if anyone has repoped them yet.

I bought one on eBay years ago. Make sure you get the correct side. A little pain getting lined up in the b pillar. Make sure the gasket is good.
