e test time

well i need to get the e test done and in the process of getting ready
im using a tt e chip for 55 lb injs and fuel press is at 40 line off
i also have anewer cat, gm pcv valve, and egr controller.
my question is after its been running for awhile the blms go from 128 down to 110-118,
will this cause me to fail ?

The ecm is seeing it a little rich--- I'd lower fuel pressure and see what happens.
