EVERYTHING from my SBC G body drag car project!!!

Don’t have time to finish my 78 4 door Malibu drag car project the way I would like to so everything I own race car related is going!!! Everything is for a SBC in a 78-88 G body, but much will fit F bodies and S10s as well! Located in 08080 South Jersey. I can get pictures of parts for those seriously interested.

$3500--Intake to pan, a 357 small block with forged (Scat or Eagle, I forget) internals, 010 4 bolt block, 10:1 compression, Comp solid roller cam, Crower solid roller lifters, World iron heads, Crower roller rockers, double roller timing chain, Brodix HVH dual plane intake, SFI flexplate, 8” Fluidampr, etc. Had 3 runs on it after being professionally built when I bought it. It’s like new! I have since upgraded some parts. It's apart for inspection now. Puts out about 500 horses on pump gas!

$2000--NEW Hand ported 220cc Dart Pro 1s with 1.7 Comp Magnum rockers, girdle, coated 64cc chambers, cryogenically treated springs, raised letter "Chevrolet" valve covers, Manley undercut valves, steam holes, etc...

$800--8.5" G body rear not assembled. It's a housing in great condition with new aluminum drum brakes and a chrome cover. It originally had a posi 3.73. I took all that out and I have 4.88 or 4.56 (forget which) Richmond gears, Mark Williams 35 spline axles with MW spool and c-clip eliminators. The gears look like they weren't set up right. You should get new ones and you will need some new bearings probably. I was going to get 4.10s, but haven't gotten around to it. It is unassembled now. This is $2000 worth of rear end at a steep discount. I don't think you can get much beefier parts for an 8.5. This won't take much to put together and will hold up to very low ETs.

$600--carbon fiber driveshaft with 400 slip yoke 48.25” center to center

$500--MSD Programmable Digital 7+ 7530. No traction control detection to shut you down on this one.

All I bought were two rack and pinions. The Billet Appleton rack is actually still in the mail to me along with the carbon fiber driveshaft. Don't have pictures of the Sweet power rack yet. Basically, you'll need to weld a mount for it on the crossmember (both racks have standard 3 bolt mounting pads) and assemble a steering shaft to hook it up to. Parts are readily available from Speedwaymotors.com and elsewhere to do that. The appleton rack has tapered ends and should accept stock tie rods, while the Sweet rack has threaded ends that allow you to bolt on heim joints and even use spacers if you want to adjust the bumpsteer. It sounds like a lot of complicated work, but it's not too bad to do. Saves a lot of weight off the front.

Updated the list!

Still waiting on 3 people to stop by so let me know what you want while it's still here!

Heads and a lot of other stuff should be sold locally this weekend. Let me know what you want! I'll trade the motor for a yfz450, raptor, or trx450rf, if anybody has one???

Building an 88 Notch now (I hope?)

Might trade for coil overs, rears, race brakes, etc, etc.
