Fuel Cell Info

What fuel cell is everone running? I am looking at the Summit 16 gallon set up to mount in the trunk.

I installed a 20 gal aluminum Summit fuel cell in my car. I had a choice between a 15 gal or 20 gal one. I went with the 20gal. The stock tank is 18 gal and the 20 gal is closer and I also could get a few more cruising miles before re-fueling.

I stayed away from the plastic tanks. They sag and deform over time.

Billy, what type of grommet/fittings did you se to pass the lines through the floor pan? Brian

If you are refering to the fuel lines, I used bulkhead fittings. The angle part near the package tray, the bulkhead fitting are 45* ones. I used straight fittings on the floor.
