Ross GN you own this #331?
Will be at Good Guys car corral at Texas Motor Speedway Mar 17 - 19.
Love this car.....but the mileage is killing me !
That's obviously why the price is where it is.
For a nice driver can't beat the price.
kirban 2 cents worth:
Toss out any notions being scared by the high miles....I sold this car to Ross in Texas....he should even have a photo of the 80 year old owner....she was the only owner for almost its entire life....
Garage kept....was serviced at a Chevy dealership that had strict instrucitons to call me on any parts it needed so it stayed in tip top shape.
Miles is not a critical point its care during those miles.
That was the last GNX I sold I think altogether I have owned 9 of them...
the first one which is well known had 175,000 miles on it one owner never smoked in....I sold it in a week for $13,500 maybe almost 20 years ago...even the power antenna worked probably the cheapest original recorded GNX ever sold..
Funny part was I offered it to two local turbo experts who both thought it was way to much money.....
At price Ross wants.....try and find a similar one in that price range that you can document the history.....that is the key here....I always loved by turbo cars that woman had....seats were not crushed and they were never beat on.....
Ross does not know I posted this nor has he been in contact with me.....
This car is a winner......
Run a car fax car will show up being in warrington/warmister area....of PA....which is in my neighborhood...
Thanks Dennis. I've really enjoyed owning 331 for the last couple of years and have put around 3000 miles on it. Wish I could afford a "stable" of cars, but only have room for one classic at a time, so time for someone else to enjoy this GNX, and allow me to pursue another "bucket list" car.
Ross, left a PM for you.
In the last few days I have fielded several calls and emails...this car is the real deal matter of fact I just realized what makes this car stand out from say the 300 plus other 86-87 GNs and 9 other GNXs I had this one I titled in my name and I have a ocpy of the title in my name.
Whoever buys this GNX which is a super value will be wanting this info plus I have pics on paper of when I picke dupthe car and the house it was at....
I charge $35 for all this proof of authenticty so owners can have records....
Mileage although many consider it....is not as critical as how it was driven....this case the woman was 60 years old when she purchased it.....she never considered it a special car until I saw it one day in a supermarket parking lot and ever since then would help her as needed thru dealership that serviced the car...her husband had his own truck.
Again its the real deal....I would put this against any 50 grand GNX and this one would come out on top...as being the best for the value of the money spent.,
I always tell people you gotta remember I bought it.....so it had to be worth it....
Did the gnx sell?
