Hard Brakes

I've been noticing lately mostly mornings or if car has been
sitting for a while when I press the brake pedal it is
very stiff as if it has no power brakes. I'm assuming my
powermaster is going. I'm wondering should I replace the
whole unit with the one Kirban sells? Are the rebuild kits
by Poston enterprises any good? Also wondering if anybody
knows about converting it to a vacuum setup and is it the way
to go? Any input would be much appreciated. Thx guys

Vacuum is the way to go, less aggravation and much better pedal feel. Look up redregalt in the for sale section, he offers the complete kit at a very reasonable price.
