Yep. Used or should I say the sport/leather wheel was an option on every model of Buick between 1981-1988. Not as common in the boneyards since we are talking about 20 year old cars as they were 10-15 years ago. That one there must have been from a non T-Type/Sport Package Buick as it has the colored tri-shield emblem. If it was from a RWD Regal than it would have that goofy blue scuba Regal emblem on it. If it was from a T-Type than it would have the red T-Type or "T" on it. And some models with the Sport Package used the gray tri-shield like the GN used. Riviera used a "R" emblem.
