OFFICIAL: wheel/tire picture thread... show em off!

hello people; I'm up in the air with 20" rims on a TB. IMO in your case your car seems to sit to high now. Meaning the area between the ground and the body. Maybe it's the pics but that's how I see it. No offence. If you like it it's all that counts.
How's the ride?

Had an opportunity to take some decent shots of my GN with 20" wheels and recently installed 14" front brake rotors.
Nice! I'm digging leather interior. Saw a similar set up on a GNX back in 89! One of my favorite cars.

No offense taken. I love it! I've yet to see a wheel design that,-- IMO ;)---, even compares to these wheels. If the increased attention and compliments this car gets is any indication of the desirability of 20" wheels, I'd have to go with 20s every time. Any larger wheels for myself or anyone else --I say -- hell no! I might like my body to sit a little closer to the top of the tires, but it's as low as I can have it to avoid contact. Low is nice, but not the be all/ end all. The rear tires are 305 30 20s. They are 12" wide and run very close to the frame on the inside and wheel lip on the outside and the fronts suffer occasional contact with the wheel lip if road dips are severe enough. Ride and handling are much improved over my previous 17" wheels, and so is off the line traction. So, all in all, upgrade to these particular 20s has been a win/win.

Just for the sake of comparison, here's my GN with the 17" KMC stealths I ran for a dozen years:

Thanks! Not being much for "original", I got tired of clean, but aged original stock GN seats a dozen years ago. I replaced them with leather, all power 90s Buick Park Avenue seats that are a bolt in. These are both passenger side as in Park Avs they only came in a 60/40 configuration.

NICE! Looks like it would be comfortable road trip.

Direct bolt in - no mods?

No modifications at all. Bolt directly to stock seat studs. Of course, you have to have GM power seat control panel and provide 12 volts to it. I installed them on the ledge in front of power door locks. I had them laying on the floor under the seat for a couple years until I got up the ambition to install them permanently on the door. ;)

Great wheel choices guys.
Can you edit your posts to include info on springs?
Very intimidating presence, I love it.

I am currently waiting on my 15x4.5 steel GN wheels to go with my my 15x10. I will post pics once I figure out what size of tire to put on the fronts.
I had a set of 20" Boss 20x10 and 20x8. I didnt like the ride and I felt it was too high off the ground. Lots of compliments though.
Here in my unfinished car on 18x10 18x7 Chriss Coddingtons HR01. 305's in the rear, frame notch and cut fender trim.
