Roller Rockers

A question on a LT1 car that is coming over for me to look @ for a friend.He did a heads and cam swap and went to stud mount rockers and they adjust the rockers and the jam nuts keep backing off,I have not seen the car yet but was wondering if anyone ever herd of this.For all I know they put it together wrong but if it is assembled right looking for other causes.

I would assume that these use the internal allen setscrew and nut with the stud.
Are the ends of the studs ground flat?
