Short artical about turbo motors

That is a pretty cool article. It seems to conflict with how everyone on here thinks these engines should be built.

Looser bearing clearances, high volume oil pumps, possibly more cam overlap?
 
Interesting article. Didn't realize that the 5.0s fall apart at around 500whp or less. Did a search after I read the article and found plenty of pictures of 5.0s or 302s split in half. Couldn't find any Buick 3.8's split in half.

If the bearing clearances are looser and you use a high volume pump and thicker oil, is it still an issue having looser cleances, and is it going to still put extra stress on the cam gear?
